Delivery within Addis Ababa takes 1-2 business days. Outside Addis Ababa takes 3-7 business days depending on location. We offer express delivery for urgent orders with same-day delivery available in Addis Ababa.
We accept CBE Birr, Telebirr, bank transfers, and cash on delivery for selected areas. All online payments are secured with SSL encryption. For businesses, we also accept credit cards and offer invoice payments.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can track it in real-time on our website or mobile app. We also provide live updates on delivery status and estimated arrival time.
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned items.
